Terms & Conditions
- Prices are quoted per person per tour
- Customers must provide a valid credit card number.
- Advanced booking required as there might be limited availability.
- Any booking is subject to our Booking Terms.
- Child rate applies to children between 5 and 12.
- Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of full payment.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour where the minimum number of passengers is not reached. Minimum number of passengers required for tour departure is six. In such cases, the Company's liability to the Customer is either the full return of amount paid for the tour or provision of a suitable alternative tour as agreed with the Customer.
If a passenger wishes to make a Cancellation the following charges will apply:
- On the Day of departure 100% of tour price
- Up to 3 days before the tour date 50% of the tour price will be payable unless the seat can be re-sold.
In the event of Scotland Adventure Tours cancelling a tour, the passenger will receive a full refund.
Scotland Adventure tours recommends passengers take out suitable travel, medical and cancellation insurance.
Scotland Adventure tours reserves the right to change the tour itinerary at any time due to weather, availability of attractions or circumstances out of our control.
Please note entrance fees to attractions are not included although Scotland Adventure tours passengers may be eligible for a discount.
Due to the nature of the tours we discourage carrying children under the age of 5 years.
Due to the size and type of vehicles we use, luggage is restricted to one small bag per person.
Smoking is not permitted on any of our vehicles.
Scotland Adventure Tours reserves the right to cancel trips under exceptional circumstances. In such cases clients will be promptly informed and offered a transfer to a substitute trip or tour. An alternative trip or tour with a lower cash value will include a cash adjustment refund or a total refund of all payment.
